Metformin Treatment Using Hydrochloric Acid Atypical Antipsychotic Drugs Caused By The Metabolic Syndrome

Objective:With the popularization and application of the antipsychotic drugs, schizophrenia curative effect has greatly improved, but the patient's body problems such as obesity, diabetes and cardioascular disease has seriously influenced salience, compliance, and treatment of patients with clinical medicine increased choose, eventually leading to the limitation of the patients died from these earlier body disease, give patients, their families and the society with great economic and mental burden. The pathogenesis of metabolic syndrome,but not clear atypical antipsychotic drugs is more explicit metabolic disorder. This experiment is using metformin hydrochloride treatment by atypical antipsychotic metabolic syndrome, its purpose is to explore a medication atypical antipsychotic drugs caused by the method of the metabolic syndrome.Methods:The atypical antipsychotic drugs caused by metabolic syndrome patients were randomly divided into metformin groups and diet arid exercise group,including metformin group 32 cases,diet and exercise group of 29 patients.Each participant in late march and treatment before accepting following measures:height, weight, waistline, lipid, fasting blood sugar, blood glucose,blood pressure after OGTT 2h, body mass index (BMI).Results:1 metformin groups and diet and exercise group compared with age, gender difference.2 metformin groups and diet and exercise before the treatment group, a body mass index (BMI), waistline WAIST), fasting plasma glucose (OGTT, 2h after blood glucose, blood pressure, serum triglyceride (TG),high-density lipoprotein(HDL) is no difference.3 metformin treatment group and body mass index (BMI), waistline WAIST), fasting plasma glucose (OGTT,2h after blood glucose,blood pressure, serum triglyceride (TG),high-density lipoprotein (HDL), are statistically significant differences.4 diet and exercise therapy and body mass index (BMI), waistline, fasting plasma glucose (WAIST, serum triglyceride (TG), the difference was statistically comparative index was not statistically significant.5 metformin groups and diet and exercise therapy body mass index (BMI), waistline WAIST), fasting plasma glucose(OGTT,2h after blood glucose, blood pressure,serum triglyceride (TG), high-density lipoprotein (HDL), are statistically significant differences.Conclusion:1. Proper diet and exercise can reduce antipsychotic drugs caused by the weight of the metabolic syndrome, waistline,fasting blood sugar, blood serum triglyceride levels.2.metformin hydrochloride, can reduce weight, waistline WAIST), fasting plasma glucose (OGTT,2h after blood glucose,blood pressure, serum,triglyceride (TG),high-density lipoprotein (HDL), and better than diet and exercise.
