The Clinical Research Of Dysphagia After Stroke Treated By Dong's Acupoints "Zuqianjin" And "Zuwujin"

To observe the clinical effect about Dysphagia after Stroke treated by Dong's Acupoints "Zuqianjin" and "Zuwujin". And to find out it can play an important role in the treatment about the Dysphagia by Dong's Acupoints "Zuqianjin" and "Zuwujin". Disease-based treatment to find a precise and effective integrated approach to improve the quality of life and survival rate of patients.In this study, we selected the rehabilitation patients in the acupucture department of the Jiangsu Provincial Hospital, and who were diagnosised as strock in the clinical and stable disease for three weeks, accompanied by dysphagia patients. The patients who met the following criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group(needling 14 Meridian Acupoints and Dong's Acupoints) and the control group(simple needling 14 Meridian Acupoints),20 patients in each group. The patiens who with hypertension, diabetes and regular use of antihypertensive drugs and hypoglycemic agents as usual, in the observation period, do not use lipid-lowering drugs. After 2 courses of treatment, each treatment resulted in the Kubota capacity assessment of swallowing, the Repeated saliva swallowing test, Cai Teng seven classification to score, to observe the clinical efficacy.The treatment group and the control group,20 cases of patients of all age, gender and in the Kubota capacity assessment of swallowing, the Repeated saliva swallowing test, Cai Teng seven classification to score and other factors were not statistically significant, comparable (P> 0.05). After 1 course of treatment compared with the efficiency of the treatment group's total effective rate was 70%, treatment group was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05). After 2 courses of treatment compared with the efficiency of the treatment group, the total effective rate was 75%, the treatment group was better than the control group (P<0.05). Dysphagia after Stroke treated by Dong's Acupoints "Zuqianjin" and "Zuwujin" treatment it is effective. After the intervention Dong's Acupoints "Zuqianjin" and "Zuwujin", it can reduce the onset of treatment significantly, the total effective rate was also increased. The effective rate of treatment after the first course of treatment, the cure rate not very different, suggesting that the involvement of Dong acupoint can reduce the onset of dysphagia treatment significantly. And Dong's points of intervention can significantly improve the traditional meridian acupuncture treatment of dysphagia, and can improve efficiency significantly. The mechanism may be due to "Zuqianjin" and "Zuwujin" indirectly stimulate the throat muscles, because of the location through the laryngeal side of the nerve, strengthen the local blood circulation, the formation of the central nervous system stimulation and facilitation role, to coordinate and improve the action to swallow. This study combined Yifeng, Lianquan and Baihui of the points in the 14meridian, may be added with the Dong's points it can increase the effective of the points we used current, so the excitement which came from the acupucture cab reached the nerous though the reflex, thus promoting nerve functional recovery, so improve the symptoms of dysphagia.
