Observation Of Effects Of Internal Herbs And ALA-PDT Therapy On The Recurrent Rate Of Condyloma Acuminatum Based On CO₂ Laser Therapy

The thesis consists of two parts,summaries of documents and clinic research.The summaries consist of two parts.The first is the research on traditional chinese medicine,which is divided into three parts:the recognition,the reason and the treatment of the illness.The second summarizes the morden research of condyloma acuminatum(CA) and introduces the domestic and foreign achievements so far.Because the cause,treatment,recurrent mechanism and prevention against CA is complex,these researchs are developed form different ways and also overlapped with each other.We introduce these scrappy documents together.We think that traditional chinese and western medicine treatment is more effective.The clinic research observes efficacy and recurrent rate of triple therapy on CA patients,and preliminary studies the mechanism of Chinese herbs.Methods:In the clinic research we depart 40 CA patients to two groups.One is treatment group which including 23 patients.The control group include 17 patients.All patients were treated with co2 laser therapy.Since 2 days after operation,The treatment group is treated together with aminolaevulinic acid Photodynamic therapy(ALA-PDT) and chinese medicine therapy;The control group is treated only with ALA-PDT therapy.the 7d,15d,1,2,3months after the treatment,the recurrent rate is observated,adverse reactions are observated at the same time.Results:The treatment group cure 21 cases(91.30%),recurrence.of 2 cases(8.70%);The corresponding figures of control group are 12 of 17(70.59%),5 of 17(29.41%).Conclusion:The study indicates that the combined treatment of ALA-PDT and chinese medicine therapy compared with that of ALA-PDT therapy,can effectively reduce the recurrent rate of CA based on CO2 Laser Therapy.
