Studies On The Synergies And Applications Of Drugs For Expelling Wind In Prescriptions

This study,literature and descriptive statistics analysis methods, and Excel statistical software are used,analyzed the synergies and applications of the drugs for expelling wind in the prescriptions, designed to explore the general characteristics, clinical function, synergy and application laws,and clinical application conditions of the drugs in order to lay a solid theoretical foundation for correct and rational clinical use of these drugs, as well as has an important referential significance for the contemporary hunt, development and utilization of traditional Chinese medicine herbs, thereby enhance efficacy of Chinese medicine.Conclusion:Shufeng drugs, namely, the drugs of expelling wind and relieving superficies,have various appellation such as extrovert drugs,the drugs of coursing the exterior, and Feng drugs which the word begins with Zhang Yuansu and Li Dongyuan of Jin dynasty in literature. Li Dongyuan assimilates the Yao Lei Fa Xiang notion of his master Zhang Yuansu and has a large number of applications of the wind expellents in clinic, thereby advances the clinical application of drug Shufeng indeed. Shufeng drugs characterized by ascending dispersing and moving basically,are provided with ventinating and dispersing pathogenic factors,pungent dispersing and dredging collaterals,elevating clear yang,activating yang and promoting qi flow,relieving stagnation,dispersing stagnant heat,invigorating spleen to remove dampness,reinforcing lung's dispersion,dissipating stasis and regulating blood,smoothing qi to drain phlegm, invigorating kidney,meridian-guiding cited,etc. cited by the functions in the recipes which involved in most of the prescriptions categories.In the prescriptions, Fresh Ginger, Cinnamon Twig, Bupleurum, Ledebouriella, Ephedra, Mint, Notopterygium, Asarum, Pueraria, Schizonepeta, Fermented Soybean, Perilla, Cimicifuga, Duhuo, Angelica, etc. are the 15 Shufeng drugs most widely used. The Shufeng drugs in the use of high frequency vary with the prescriptions categories; The most frequent presence of the 15 Shufeng drugs are varied in the categories; The Shufeng drugs of the categories have different main functions; The 12 main functions of Shufeng drugs are most commonly reflected in different categories; Some correlations between the main functions and the Shufeng drugs are also showed.In addition,Shufeng drugs in prescriptions being in the form of a variety of synergies, have a wide range of clinical applications. Because "Pathogenic Wind Is The Predominant Pathogenic Factor", "All Diseases Result From Disorder Of Qi", and the wind-dispersing drugs are able to rule wind, still capable of governing gas,they can be applied to a variety of miscellaneous internal damage diseases by means of synergies.
