The differences of TNF in GroupⅡpatients before and after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05).Decline was not obvious before and after treatment in groupⅠand groupⅢ.The groupⅡBIL after treatment the mean minimum, However, compared with the other two groups there was no significant difference(P> 0.05).At one month a total of 49 cases of death in three groups, Three groups have statistical significance (P<0.05),after further partition lineχ2 test, GroupⅡand groupⅢχ2=1.44,P>0.05 not statistically significant, the combination of groupⅡandⅢandⅠgroupχ2=5.10, P<0.05 have statistical significance, group I mortality was significantly higher than groupⅡ,Ⅲ.Conclusion:1.Endotoxemia liver failure incidence was 100%, and TNF, LPO, TBil,and ET levels was a positive correlation.Between the death of liver failure group ET, TNF, LPO, TBil higher than the survival group.2.Through clinical observation,we found that the application of anti-endotoxin United liver support Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment can significantly lower the levels of blood ET and case-fatality rate of liver failure. 3.Compared with separate application of artificial liver support therapy,Anti-endotoxin United artificial liver support Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment of artificial liver support will be more effective in the treatment of liver failure in patients with reduced levels of blood ET, lower case-fatality rate of liver failure.4.Through clinical observation,we found that early use of anti-endotoxin treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine United liver will accept better efficacy.
