Anti-endotoxin treatment of animal experimental study on Chinese medicineObjective:To observe the efficacy of Chinese medicine formulations of anti-endotoxin "heavy liver on the 1 st" on the animal model of acute liver failure.Methods:D-Preparation of amino acid lactose rat experimental animal model of acute liver injury, observed endotoxemia occurence after liver injury.the animals were divided into 4 groups (normal control group, liver failure group, treatment group, add the treatment of prevention group), add the anti-endotoxin Traditional Chinese Medicine "heavy liver on the 1 st" treatment to the treatment group and prevention group.Dynamic observation of 4 groups plasma endotoxin level changes, endotoxin (ET), and plasma lipid peroxide (LPO), plasma fibronectin (Fn) levels and liver pathological changes.Results:The injection of galactosamine after 24 hours have endotoxemia (ETM) the occurrence of contrast with the normal group, there is statistically significant (P <0.01).Poisoning rats at 24,36,48 hours of plasma ET level was gradually increased and the trend reached a peak 60 hours,72 hours there is a downward trend.Compared with the poisoning group, the ET of treatment group is average lower than poisoning at each phase.The LPO of treatment group is lower than poisoning group, add the prevention of the treatment group were lower than the poisoning group at each phase,24,36,60 hours were lower than the treatment group. The differences of TNF in Groupâ…¡patients before and after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05).Decline was not obvious before and after treatment in groupâ… and groupâ…¢.The groupâ…¡BIL after treatment the mean minimum, However, compared with the other two groups there was no significant difference(P> 0.05).At one month a total of 49 cases of death in three groups, Three groups have statistical significance (P<0.05),after further partition lineχ2 test, Groupâ…¡and groupⅢχ2=1.44,P>0.05 not statistically significant, the combination of groupâ…¡andâ…¢andâ… groupχ2=5.10, P<0.05 have statistical significance, group I mortality was significantly higher than groupâ…¡,â…¢.Conclusion:1.Endotoxemia liver failure incidence was 100%, and TNF, LPO, TBil,and ET levels was a positive correlation.Between the death of liver failure group ET, TNF, LPO, TBil higher than the survival group.2.Through clinical observation,we found that the application of anti-endotoxin United liver support Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment can significantly lower the levels of blood ET and case-fatality rate of liver failure. 3.Compared with separate application of artificial liver support therapy,Anti-endotoxin United artificial liver support Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment of artificial liver support will be more effective in the treatment of liver failure in patients with reduced levels of blood ET, lower case-fatality rate of liver failure.4.Through clinical observation,we found that early use of anti-endotoxin treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine United liver will accept better efficacy.
