Objective:cholelithiasis in very popular among Uyghur people in xinjiang. It is Associated with abnormal metabolism of bile salts, obesity is the possible reason. It is multi-factor disease which may caused by hereditary, endocrine dysfunction, metabolic, nutritional and environmental factors; There is consanguineous correlativity between gallstone and metabolic syndromes such as insulin resistance,type-2 diabetes mellitus, hypertension, hyperlipidaemia. During the development of the social economy,Obesity rates are rising in the developed countries as well as in our country in recent 20year. Epidemiologic study reveals that 23.57% of Uyghur people living in kashgar region are over weighted (18.1% of males and 29.03% of females), and distinctly high above average prevalence rate of our country. It may contribute to hereditary other than nutritional and environmental factors. Incidence of cholelithiasis in Xinxiang region respectively 13.6% of Karamay,15.2% of kashgar, and 62.3% of obese patients are suffering from gall-stone at the same time, it means cholelithiasis accounts for obesity. Adiponectin is a new pattern of protein which specifically secreted from lipocyte, the only lipocytic factor which was found till now that thickness in blood plasmas will decline along with dilation of lipocyte. theoretically, during the increasing amount of lipocyte, has to be more secretion of Adiponectin, but study reveals that, there is less secretion of Adiponectin in obese patients.this study aimed to investigate whether there is association of Adiponectin Gene with cholelithiasis in obese patient. Methods: randomized controlled trials were adopted to investigate expression levels of lipo tissue (including from omentum majus and subcutanea) and PPARγon mRNA of cholelithiasis patients in people's hospital of Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous region..The Patients were then stratified into four subgroups according to body mass index and cholelithiasis, which are obese cholelithiasis group, non-obese cholelithiasis group, non-cholelithiasis obese group and controlled subjects(without cholelithiasis and obesity). lipo tissue (including from omentum majus and subcutanea) were collected. The blood Pressure and body mass index of all subjects were collected and the fasting venous blood sample of all subjects were collected in order to check the Plasma glucose, lipid and Adiponectin levels and so on.Results:compare expression levels of Adiponectin mRNA in the lipo tissue respectively from omentum majus and subcutanea:expression levels of Adiponectin mRNA in the lipo tissue from omentum majus of obese group is less than non-obese group (P<0.01), expression levels of Adiponectin mRNA in the lipo tissue from omentum majus of obese cholelithiasis group is less than non-obese cholelithiasis group (Pa<0.01), expression levels of Adiponectin mRNA in the lipo tissue from omentum majus of obese female group is less than non-obese female group (P<0.01) expression levels of Adiponectin mRNA in lipo tissue from omentum majus is less than which are from subcutanea. Omental AT/p is 0.638±0.156 in non-obese cholelithiasis group,0.494±0.153 in obese group. AbdSc AT/βis 0.744±0.253 non-obese cholelithiasis group,0.631±0.179 in non-obese group. omental AT/p is 0.743±0.131 in controlled subjects,0.596±0.165 in obese group. AbdSc AT/βis 0.803±0.224 in controlled subjects, 0.721±0.182 in obese group. BMI,WHR are higher in obese group than non-obese group. however, there is no statistical significance of comparison of age,,GLU,CHO and TG. GLU is 4.90±1.53mmol/L in non-obese group, GLU is 5.37±1.69mmol/L in obese group, TG is 1.18±0.49 mmol/L in non-obese group, TG is 1.80±1.60 in obese group. Conclusions:expression levels of Adiponectin mRNA in the lipo tissue from omentum majus of obese group is less than non-obese group. expression levels of Adiponectin mRNA in the lipo tissue from omentum majus of obese cholelithiasis group is less than non-obese cholelithiasis group. BMI,WHR are higher in obese group than non-obese group. however, there is no statistical significance of comparison of age,,GLU,CHO and TG. GLU...
