Clinical Study On The Relation Of Alteration Of Tumor Markers Indication Levels Of Primary Pulmonary Carcinoma With Its Dialectic Clssification In Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective:Through observing the alteration of tumor markers indication levels of primary pulmonary carcinoma, study its relation with dialectic clssification in Traditional Chinese Medicine.Methods:Detect levels of 7 tumor markers of 90 pulmonary cacinoma patients and 30 normal people by ECLIA.Results:The indication levels of cacinoma patients were higher than that of normal(P<0.01).The indication of CEA,CA19-9,CA125,NSE,CYFRA21-1among pulmonary patients were higher than that of norml((P<0.01),The CEA levels decrease progressively from lung stasis, asthenia of both qi and yin,deficiency of yin and over-heat to phlegm and fluid-retention sustained in the lung,The CA19-9,NSE,CA125 levels of asthenia of both qi and yin were significant higher than other three groups(P<0.05).But there were no difference among three groups(P>0.05). There were no differences of CYFRA21-1 levels among four groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:CEA,CA19-9,CA125,NSE,Cyfra21-1 are not only the important index diagnosis of primary pulm-onary carcinoma,but they have certain relations with the dialectical diagnosis in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
