Airway hyper responsiveness is a common acute and chronic respiratory disease by clinical manifestations, mainly common in bronchial asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and acute viral upper respiratory tract infection. Modern medical practice has proved that many Chinese herbal medicines have anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and immune stimulation in vivo. Study on one taste of the active ingredients of Chinese herbal medicines is an essential process of modernization of Chinese medicine work. Establishing animal models of related diseases, according to the activity results, with a variety of composition of the extracts or parts of track extraction and separation, and found active compounds or identify the active component.Purpose:Screening the most effective monomer of Clerodendron Bungei of treating the disease of airway hyperresponsivenessMethods:â‘ Clerodendron bungei extract has been extracted successively with petroleum ether, chloroform. The use of modern technology to extract preparation made of oral agents for stomach intervention. Stress method using ozone to establish new mouse model of airway hyper responsiveness. We measured the value of pulmonary resistance (RL) by BUXCO system under different excitation conditions, counted the WBC number of blood and BALF, and observed the injury of lungs by lung biopsy, and then screened the active part.â‘¡Using silica gel column chromatography made the further separation to chloroform extract. The use of modern technology to extract preparation made of oral agents for stomach intervention. The preparation and the method of establish new mouse model, and evaluation index that same as the last part.â‘¢the most effective components was further separated and purified by polyamide column chromatography. Results:â‘ We have identified three of active parts in Clerodendron Bungei Steud., using petroleum ether extract, chloroform extract and water extract. Through the activity evaluation, we found that chloroform extract can reduce mostly the pathology and inflammation change in the airway and alveolar, and airway hyper responsiveness that caused by ozone attack.â‘¡We have six active components, active component A, B, C, D, E and F, that was separated from the chloroform extract by silica gel column chromatography, the most active components B and C can reduce mostly the pathological and inflammation changes in the airway and alveolar, and airway hyper responsiveness that caused by ozone attack.â‘¢The compounds 1 that extract from the active component B and the compound 2 extract the active component C is the same compound. Conclusion:The compound that extract from active components B and active component C may be the most effective monomer treatment of airway hyper responsiveness.
