Objective:To create a searching process which can choose suitable adjuvant therapy for the patients after the operations of breast cancer programs, and introduce how to use it and its clinical application.Methods:according to NCCN guidelines of 2009,by using the computer programs such as Visual C++6.0, Easy CHM and SetUp Factory7.0 to create a searching process for the suitable breast cancer adjuvant therapy.,which contains Human-Computer Interaction Platform and background, Human-computer interaction design platform is the Visual C++6.0 and Easy CHM and SetUp Factory7.0 assistant platform. Background processing using C++object-oriented languages, which makes the software has a simple interface, operational and other functions. Describe every Details of how to use this process,and pick up 3 patients out of the patients whoes diagnosis were breast cancer from the 32nd ward and 33rd ward,general surgery department of the Third Xiangya Hospital, Central South University since April 2009 to December 2009.put their clinical and pathological datas into the process to get suitable adjuvant therapy, and also find the suitable treatment for them according to the NCCN guidelines to verify the results.Results:By entering the patient name, gender, age, height, weight, menopause and other general information, and the tumor type, tumor size, lymph node metastasis, and immunohistochemical findings, the corresponding secondary treatment and the appropriate drugs doses, the results consistent with the NCCN guidelines.Conclusions:1.the result is fast, accurate and reasonable;2.easy to operate, and may effectively improve the work efficiency.
