Objective:To investigate the variation of the raw material of Alliin under humidity, illumination and high temperature; the influence of pH, temperature on the stability Alliin solution.Method:This research topic includes influencing factor test, accelerated test, long term run. As standard of Pharmacopoeia of People's Republic of China, the Alliin contents are detected by HPLC. an HPLC method was employed to determine concentration loss of Alliin solution under these experimental factors mentioned above.The degradation calculations of Alliin solution under these experimental conditions were obtained by regulation analysis between proportion of the remaining and time,whose slopes indicated the sensitivity of the drug stability to these influencing factors.Result:The marked change of sample's character, fusing point and contents are not observed under illumination and high temperature stability. In the humidity test, the sample become discoloration, agglomerate, longer melting range, lower contents. The stability of the raw material of Alliin Under illumination and high temperature was not same as under room temperature. Acid environment was helpful for Alliin solution stability;whole basic condition and high temperature could accelerate its decomposition when the degradation began,tit fitted a first-order process. Conclusion:Alliin substance is stable under the conditions of high temperature and strong light, but unstable under the conditions of high humidity.Alliin solution is unstable under basic condition,high temperature.
