Purpose: To investigate the influences of epithelial ovary cancer sufferers'ages, clinical stages, pathological grades, pathological types,CA125, amounts of ascites, operations and chemotherapy on their prognoses.Method: Collect and analyze the clinical datas of the 93 epithelial ovary cancer sufferers who took the first visit in the department of gynaecology and obstetrics of our hospital from June 2003 to June 2009. According to their ages, clinical stages, pathological grades, pathological types,CA125, amounts of ascites, medical imaging examinations, operations and chemotherapy, these sufferers'clinical datas are analyzed, and their survival time are compared in groups. The factors of prognosis of epithelial ovary cancer are investigated and the clinical datas are processed with SPSS17.0 software.Results:(1) The ages between 50 to 59 was the high risk ages of epithelial ovarian cancer.(2)The mean survival of early stage was longer than advanced stage by the the Kaplan -Meier method and log-rank test(P<0.01); All patients received surgical therapy, The mean survival of good cytoreductive surgery was performed was longer than unsuccessful cases(P<0.01);The mean survival of patients undertook 6 or more courses of chemotherapy was longer than those of less than 6 courses(P<0.01); The group of CA125<35u/mL and the other of CA125≥35u/mL,The mean survival of the former was longer than latter(P<0.05).(3) By the COX Multivariate analysis, clinical stage, optimal cytoreductive surgery , size of residue and the courses of chemotherapy were significant impact on prognostic factors. Conclusion: (1)The ages between 50 to 59 were the high risk ages of epithelial ovarian cancer.(2) Clinical stages, primary optimal cytoreductive surgery and 6 or more courses of chemotherapy were independent prognostic factors.
