Except NC and EC group, all groups in the corresponding formaldehyde environment. Exercise groups are on the run sets 20m/min, 30min/d, 6d/week for 4 weeks. Schisandrae to stomach after daily training of 1 hour, the rest of to stomach the equally volumetric water. Last week after training, the death of rats , determined spleen and thymus exp, WBC and subsets, T subgroup and immune globulin and cardio-cerebral, liver, skeletal superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT) GSH peroxidase (GSH - Px) activity and malondialdehyde (MDA) content.Conclusion:1 Formaldehyde pollution environment have direct effects of the weight growth, heavy pollution than moderate pollution affects big, Formaldehyde exercise group than formal dehyde large; Taking schisandra can alleviate this weight loss.2 Formaldehyde environments will cause the immune organ damage and immune supperssion; schisandrae can shift the negative to the positive effect.3 The the exercise groups in formaldehyde, the immune function and antioxidant capacity lower than quiet group;4 Formaldehyde can cause rat tissue oxidative damage, cause antioxidant ability to drop, lipid peroxidation, cell metabolism environmental damage. Formaldehyde on the rats exercise group antioxidant capacity reduction is more obvious.Schisandrae water can effectively enhance the content of antioxidant enzymes, prompting antioxidant capability.5 Formaldehyde on the immune system NE, MO, EO content and brain GSH - PX content, liver tissue MDA value, skeletal muscle tissue of SOD content most sensitive, moderate pollution can cause significant damage. Schisandrae can improve immune system NE, LY, spleen T-cell subsets, IgG, brain tissue of SOD, liver and skeletal muscle tissue GSH - PX content than any other organization improve significantly.
