It is substance that affect of immune system on the exercise stress is imbalance of homeostasis in one. It is key of balance of immune function whether T helper type 1/T helper type 2 (Th1/Th2) has imbalance. Using exercise of different form, intensity and lords has perhaps different effects on the imbalance level and direction of Th1/Th2. Exercise training induced overtraining with risk increase of upper respirator tract infection (URTI), It relates to possibly down-regulation of Th1/Th2 These relate to change of endocrine and metabolism possibly. There are not researched reports about this project at present. Hence the main objective of this studying is that research effects no-athletes exercise acutely at different intensity and lords and athletes train for long-term on imbalance of immunity homeostasis, and their relation to function state. It is significance of theory and practice to research the balance of immunity homeostasis and their regulation to endocrine and metabolism when sports training and acute exercise of different intensity and form to fatigue. Besides, initial studying increase of upper respirator tract infection frequency (URTIF) related to the imbalance of immunity homeostasis, which put forward theory basis for finding effect prevention method of the URTI.1. Exercise Test of 120W30min (A-test)Objective: Research the relationship between the human's immunity homeostasis and moderate exercise. Methods: The volunteer subjects including 20 male undergraduates come from no...
