Objective: Investigate suit project for postoperative analgesia of children. Methods: Sixty selective operation children with ASAⅠ~Ⅱ, aged 3-12 years old from Yanan university affiliated hospital period of 2010.2 to 2011.2 were elected. They were randomly divided into Multimodal Postoperative Analgesia Group (Group M, n=30) and Control Group (Group C, n=30). Electrocardiogram (ECG), heart rate (HR), Non-invasive Blood Pressure(NIBP), Pulse Oxygen Saturation(SPO2) and respiration rate(RR) was routinely monitored at surgery. Observed and recorded the indexes, such as MAP, HR, SpO2, RR, scores of analgesia and scores of sedative. These indexes were from different situations that were before anaesthesia, 1hour, 24hours and 48hours after surgery. Then take 3ml peripheral vein blood before anaesthesia, the moment of extubation after surgery, 48hours after surgery, and dectecte content of HSP70 by the method of ELISA. Observed and recorded Side effects: restlessness after surgery, excess sedation, respiratory depression, nausea and vomitting, pruritus, et al. The SPSS 17.0 was used to analysis the statistical data. Results 1 There was no statistical significant difference among MAP,HR,SpO2 and RR in the two groups before anaesthesia(P>0.05); The index of MAP,HR and RR in group M was higher than that in group C. And there was some statistical significant difference (P<0.05)2 The result of analgesia scale from Group M was lower than that from Group C at 1h,24h after surgery(P<0.05) by visual analogue scale. There was no statistical significance at 48h after surgery(P>0.05)。3 By RSS scale, the result of analgesia scale from group M was satisfactory, but it was a dys-sedation from group C (P<0.05). 4 There was no statistical significant difference of the content of HSP70 before anaesthesia ( T0 ) and the moment of extubation after surgery (T1)(P>O.05);And the content from Group M was higher than that from Group C at 48h after surgery(P<0.05).5 Restlessness after surgery from Group M was lower than that from group C(P<0.05)。There was no excess sedation, respiratory depression, nausea and vomitting and pruritus between the two groups(P>0.05)。Conclusions:The effect of this multimodal postoperative analgesia of children was better; and the incidence of adverse was lower. So it provided a safe and effective scheme on postoperative analgesia of children.
