The Chinese People's Individual Health Management Payment Information System Model Research

BACKGROUND: Our country decided to implement the "Construction and Application of Chinese Personal Health Management Information System" project, in order to achieve universal health and build a harmonious society. "Study on demonstration and application of health management information system in examination centers" as the key project of " Construction and Application of Chinese Personal Health Management Information System" program, mainly carry out the validation of personal health management information systems and its demonstration applications and popularization, on the basis of analyzing its apply effect in examination center. As a part of "Study on demonstration and application of health management information system in examination centers", this study established an online payment model appropriate to Chinese examination information management and application model.OBJECTIVE: The aim of this study is to establish an online payment model for the Chinese personal health management information system, so that online payment transactions can be taken easily by health management companies and better service will be provided to more customers. Besides, it provides feasibility conditions for the widely used of Chinese personal health management information system.METHODS:â‘ Through documentary research, study the theory and development of health management and online payment;â‘¡Through system analysis and comprehensive evaluation, compared the SSL protocol with the SET protocol, determine the secure payment protocol used in this study;â‘¢Adoption process-oriented approach and structured development methods in the requirement analysis and design development of online payment model for health management information system.RESULTS:â‘ health management information system model of online payment needs analysis, including three aspects: business functional requirements analysis, business requirements analysis and function structure frame analysis of system performance requirements;â‘¡Based on the analysis of demand on the health management information online payment system design model. The main design elements are architecture design, functional design, structural level design, database design and business process design.CONCLUSION: The study of the health management information systems online payment model has the following characteristics:â‘ security: data is not stolen, can identify the data being tampered with to ensure the accuracy of transactions. In addition, it also provides reconciliation functionality, fault information recorded accidents.â‘¡convenience: Using an integrated online payment and health management systems, enterprise systems development and only integrated payment system interface, you can use an integrated payment system for all supported payment platform.
