Exploration And Research Of The Adverse Drug Reactions Relief System In Zhejiang Province

There are the medicines or chemical reagents, there are the side effects. While medicines or chemical reagents are curing the disease, they may also bring about a few un-anticipation side effects to person, which is called adverse drug reactions. Adverse drug reactions are the risks happening in our using qualified drugs or medical devices, so some main related parties are not at the fault. China's relevant laws and deletion systems are flawed in the ADR relief and people can only afford on their own for the injury caused by adverse drug reactions. That is to say it's difficult to obtain protection of their rights and interests, and the harm of adverse drug reactions is difficult to resolve disputes, then rose to be the social instability frequently. How to establish and improve the relief system of adverse drug reactions nowadays in our country has become one of the priorities for building a harmonious society. Damage relief system of adverse drug reactions not only conducive to the establishment of such losing or minimizing the risks, but also conducive to the improvement of the legal system and social stability and unity.Through a large number of data collection and research practice of ADR damage relief in our province, based on a comprehensive analysis of adverse drug reactions theoretical background, we consider the analytical studies of adverse drug reactions relief pattern of the international ADR damages relief as a starting point, and after general overview of the current ADR relief situation in Zhejiang Province, author raised some problems. Author also analysis the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of relief situation of adverse drug reactions in our province using SWOT analysis method comprehensively. According to the research results and SWOT analysis theory, author leads to new models of relief system for adverse drug reactions by combining with medical disputes finally, and proposed the advantages through comparing the new model with the traditional model.
