| Drugissuehasbeenasocialproblemnotonlyinfluencesthehumanphysicalandmentalhealth,butthesocialstability.Althoughthepracticeofdrugrehabilitationhasbeendoingnearlyacentury,butthereisnoaneffectivemethodofdrugrehabilitation.Therefore,drugrehabilitationisstilladifficultproblemallovertheworld.Basedonreferencingtherehabilitationtechnologyofforeigncountries,Chineseresearchershaveovercomebarriersandmyths,andtriedtoapplymultiplemethodsincludedcommunitytherapy,methadonemaintenancetreatmentandpsychologicalrehabilitationtherapy.Theinterventionmethodhasbeenturningtohumannessgraduallyandhelpingthedrugaddictsbackthesociallife.Althoughpsychologicalrehabilitationtherapywaspopular,butowingtoshortageofprofessionalstaffandrestrictiononactualcondition,itwasnotexecutedeffectively.TheobjectsofthisstudyweredrugaddictsfromCompulsoryDrugRehabilitationCentersandOutpatientMethadoneMaintenanceTreatmentinGansuprovince.Theauthortriedtounderstandthepsychologicalwell-beingandproblemsofdrugaddictionthroughquestionnaireandstructuralinterviewmethods.Hereby,theresearchertriedtobuildasuitablepsychologicalrehabilitationsystemfordrugaddicts'practicalwork.Toworkthroughtheeffectiveimplementationofpsychosocialrehabilitationsystem,theresearcherwantedtohelpthedrugaddictsimprovepsychologicalwell-being,getridofdrugssuccessfully,returntothesocietywithgoodphysicalandmentalwell-being,andrebuildnewlife.Atthesametime,toworkthroughtheimplementationofthepsychosocialrehabilitationsystem,theresearcherswantedtoexploreanoperationmodesuitedforlocalpracticeofdrugaddictionwork.Thefindingsofthisstudyareasfollows:Comparedwiththegeneralpopulation,thedrugaddictsfromGansuprovincehadworsepsychologicalwell-being,lowerself-esteemlevel,obviousanxietysymptomsandshortageofsocialsupport.Thesehadleddrugaddictstolackofcourageandhopeofnewlife.Ultimately,theychooserelapsedrug.Therefore,drugaddictsstarveforpsychologicalanddrugrehabilitationtherapy.Basedonthefindingsofpreliminaryinvestigation,researchersbuildapsychologicalrehabilitationsystemwhich combinedmanytherapieseffectively,suchasmentalhealthlectures,sportstherapy,musictherapy,individualandgroupcounseling.ThesystemwasestablishedinactualdrugaddictionpracticeofGansuprovince,anditwasworthtopracticeandpopularizeasanoperationmodeofpsychologicalrehabilitation.
