Objective Through detecting Cord blood levels of platelet count(Plt),fims-like tyrosine kinase-1(sFlt-1),thrombopoietin(TPO)and platelet-activating facto(rPAF)of preterm neonates with maternal Preeclampsia,and To investigate the regulatory role of haematopoietic cytokine in preterm infants of Preeclamptic.Methods The cord blood plasma levels of platelet count, haematopoietic growth factors, including sFlt-1,TPO,PAF were assessed in 28 premature and 26 premature neonates with maternal Preeclampsia cord bloods using commercial enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).Results1.Cord blood levels of the platelet count in Experimental group(EG) was 215.23±111.32*10^9/L; Cord blood levels of the platelet count in control group(CG) was 248.89±100.56*10^9/L.2.Cord blood levels of sFlt-1,PAF and TPO in EG was 150.67±34.38pg/ml,0.378±0.12pg/ml,265.25±33.53pg/ml, Cord blood levels of sFlt-1,PAF and TPO in CG was 95.74±26.06pg/ml,0. 27±0.10 pg/ml,189.09±42.92pg/ml.3. There was significaltly negative relationship between the neonatal platelet count and Cord blood levels of sFlt-1,PAF and TPO in EG.(r=-0.523,-0.552,-0.459).Conclusion1.Cord blood levels of sFlt-1,PAF and TPO in preterm infants of Preeclamptic was increased;2. Cord blood levels of platelet count in preterm infants of Preeclamptic was decreased;3.The cord blood levels of platelet count was decreased because of the regulatory role of haematopoietic cytokine in preterm infants of Preeclamptic.
