| Objective: The Clinical Observation and Research of Yangxinfumaitang treating 60 Cases of Functional Premature ventricular contractions in Syndrome of asthenia of Qi and Blood.Method: 60 patients of Functional Premature ventricular contractions in Syndrome of asthenia of Qi and Blood, using randomized parallel control method, were randomly divided into control group(n=30) and treatment group(n=30).The control group was treated with Betaloc Zok Sustained Release Tablets one dose daily,23.75mg-47-5mg orally. The treatment group was treated with Yangxinfumaitang, taken orally 150ml every time and two times every day after breakfast and supper respectively. Observe the changement of the syndrome of the two groups.Results: 30 cases in treatment group: 9cases cured ,8 cases had marked effect,12 cases were effective and 1 cases had no effect,the total effective rate was 96.67%;30 cases in control group: 2 cases cured,8 cases had marked effect,14 cases were effective,6 cases had no effect,the total effective rate was 80.00%. There was significant difference in total effective rate between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:1. Yangxinfumaitang was better than Betaloc Zok Sustained Release Tablets on treating Functional Premature ventricular contractions in Syndrome of asthenia of Qi and Blood.2. It was a safe and effective drug on treating Functional Premature ventricular contractions in Syndrome of asthenia of Qi and Blood.
