The Clinical Research Of Modified Zhi Bai Di Huang Decoction Combined With Glucocorticoid In The Treatment Of Primary Nephrotic Syndrome Pattern Of Yin Deficiency With Effulgent Fire

Objective: Observe the clinical crurative effect for pattern of yin deficiency with effulgent fire under thecure for primary nephrotic syndrome which is based on basic treatment in western medicine combined with Modified Zhi Bai Di Huang Tang and futher explore the advantages and feasibility for the treatment of Intergrative Medicine primary nephrotic syndrome so as to provide scientific theoretical basis and safe effective method for Intergrative Medicine primary nephrotic syndrome.Methods: The collection of primary nephrotic syndrome patients fulfilled the pattern of yin deficiency with effulgent fire of traditional chinese medical science 60 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, treatment group and control group 30 patients. The control group to immune suppression, reduction of proteinuria and other western based treatment group therapy on the basis of western medicine plus Modified Zhi Bai Di Huang Tang, treatment for two months. The clinical symptoms, signs and laboratory indicators of change, and quantify symptoms and signs score, to efficacy evaluation.Results:1 Modified Zhi Bai Di Huang Tang combined with western treatment complete remission in 8 cases, significantly ease the 12 patients, partial remission in 7 cases, 3 cases, the total effective rate was 90%; comparison group, complete remission in 6 cases, significant relief in 8 cases, partial remission 6 cases, ineffective in 10 cases, total effective rate 67%; two groups was significant difference (P <0.05).2 Comparison of relevant clinical symptoms total score: two points after treatment, clinical symptoms were significantly reduced, the same group before and after treatment were significantly different; treatment of clinical symptoms after the end of integration between the two groups had great significant differences in the treatment group significantly less than the control group (P <0.01). 3-related clinical symptoms improved, the two groups were related to clinical symptoms and treatment after treatment and significantly improved before (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Modified Zhi Bai Di Huang Tang in clinical applications is safe and effective is the treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome pattern of yin deficiency with effulgent fire one of the better cards, Integrative Medicine showed the advantages of this disease, it help to increase the original onset nephrotic syndrome remission rate to be further study of large samples.
