Clinical Research Of Effect Of Danshen Yin Variation On Chronic Atrophic Gastritis By Identifying Treatment

Objective: To observe the clinical effects of Danshen Yin variation on chronic atrophic gastritis, and then to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Danshen Yin variation objectively in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis. In order to explore the Traditional Chinese Prescription which possessed the considerable dependability and safety, the effect of Danshen Yin variation was evaluated through comparing the changes of the improved situation of symptoms, gastric glands and epithelial intestinal metaplasia in the study. Methods:35 Patients who have been diagnosed with chronic atrophic gastritis were incorporated in this research by the method of reviewed study, who were differentiated with the syndrom of blood stasis. Tutor treated the patients with the main method of quickening the blood and transforming stasis and selected Danshen Yin as the basic prescription, as well as varied the chinese medicines according to the simultaneous syndroms. Sini Powder was added for the patients being followed with qi stagnation, PingWei Powder or Erchen Decoction for damp stagnation, Gui Qi Jian Zhong Decoction for qi deficiency, Baihe Wu Yao Decoction for yin deficiency. 3 months each course. After the treatment, to compare the improvement of symptoms and gastroscopy's changes with the situation before the adminstration. Results:In the study, 3 cases were cured (8.57%), 19 cases showed the obvious efective (54.29 % ), 12 cases were effective(34.28%), 1 cases showed no obvious role(2.86%) and deterioration was n't be observed in all cases. It was showed that the total effective was 97.14% . The Total Points of clinical symptoms in pationts showed significant difference between the changes after the treatment with the situation before administration (p<0.05). The significant difference of the situation in gastroscopy check, gastric glands and epithelial intestinal metaplasia was showd in the pationts after the treatment in comparition with the situation before administration (p<0.05). It was showed in the study that the prescription being based on Danshen Yin possessed the dependabile effect, which could improve the clinical symptoms of chronic atrophic gastritis and the situation of stomach menbrane.Conclusions: Danshan Yin variation 's therapy role in treating the chronic atrophic gastritis was reliable and could be used in the trarepy of the pationts with Chronic atrophic gastritis of light, mild and severe degree, by which the situation of stomach membrane and epithelial intestinal metaplasia could be improved, as well as the function of spleen and stomach could restore.
