| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of YinChenSiWuJiaWei decoction to coronary heart disease angina pectoris on both Qi and blood deficiency and stagnant and dampness-heat abstructing the collaterals type,and explore the mechanism.Methods: In this thesis,60 cases of stable angina pectoris,which belonged to the both Qi and blood deficiency and stagnant and dampness-heat abstructing the collaterals type,were divided into(YinChenSiWuJiaWei decoction–group,30 cases) and control group(30 cases). The treatment group took YinChenSiWuJiaWei decoction,one medicinal preparation every day,two times a day; At the same time,were given conventional western medicine.The control group took conventional western medicine only.Observing the clinical efficacy and laboratory examination of the two groups before and after the treatment for one course,which was including four weeks.Result: 1.The curative effect of the treatment group on angina pectoris and the TCM symptom improvement and EKG were superior to the control group(P<0.05, P<0.01, P<0.01).2.The blood viscosity was greatly improved(P<0.05,P<0.01).3.The lipin metabolism of the treatment group was regulated normally(P<0.05,P<0.01)and the CRP was lowered greatly.( the control group P<0.05, the treatment group P<0.01). 4. Nitroglycerin discontinuation or decrease percentage of the treatment group is obvious than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion: The YinChenSiWuJiaWei decoction has the effect of strengthening spleen and benefiting qi for promoting production of blood,and promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis,and clearing heat and promoting diuresis.It plays an important role in treating coronary heart disease angina pectoris on Qi deficiency and blood stasis and dampness-heat abstructing the collaterals type.The mechanization may be through improving the blood viscosity and regulating the lipin metabolism and suppressing inflammation mark CRP excessively expression.There is no obvious side effects happened. |
