| Objective: To investigate for Shenling baizhu San addition or subtraction oral treatment of proctitis in clinical efficacy. Methods: The cases met the diagnostic criteria 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment and control groups. Treatment group 30, shenling baizhu San oral treatment ;control group of 30 persons, granting of kangfuxin liquid oral treatment, treatment for observation and assessment results.Results: The clinical study showed that the total effective rate was 90.00% in the treatment group, the total effective rate was 66.67% in the control group ,after treatment, the main symptoms significantly better than the control group (p<0.05).Conclusion: Shenling baizhu San addition or subtraction of oral clinical treatment for proctitis is better than clinical treatment effect of kangfuxin liquid oral treatment.Proctitis are mostly improper diet, spleen wet, and long time heat, due to the force under colorectal and anal. Shenling baizhu San scattered from the "Pacific Huimin mixture Council", by the ginseng, Poria, Atractylodes and other drug composition of 10 flavor, with Qi and spleen, Shenshi diarrhea achievements.Traditional Chinese medicine therapy as a treatment for anorectal diseases treatment methods as a whole, its advantages: (1) Overall Differential Treatment (2) systemic immune regulation, anti-inflammatory effect is obvious;. (3) effect of reliable, small side-effects.
