Purpose:The hope through carries on the energy metabolism to the child the determination, that have known that the movement intensity of child's daily physical strength activity, for the exercise prescription which the formulation health promotes suits in our country child's physical strength activity recommended, and the child takes the reference when the physical strength activity .Object:Shanghai ordinary middle-school student which is the range of 12 year old, 13 year-old, 44 male student (22 obese, 22 normal body weights), 36 female students (18 obese, 18 normal body weights), all of them sum up is 80. Uses Cosmed K4b2 (portable gas rester) complete two parts of tests in 2 days. The first part is above meal the latter 2 hours, tests 30 minutes REE energy consumption. The second part above meal the latter 1 hour, to carry on 3km/h~6km/h the increasing load movement in runs, each level of 5 minutes, not interrupted.Result:1. Different body weight physical strength activity situation (1) when 6km/h, 12 year old of obese male student with 12 years old of normal body weight male student's VO2, EEM has statistics significance. (2) when 3km/h, 4km/h, 12 year old of obese male student has statistics significance with 12 year old of normal body weight male student's HR; When ceases activity, 3km/h, 4km/h, 13 year old of obese male student has statistics significance with 13 year old of normal body weight male student's HR.2. Disparity is in age different horizontal physical strength activity situation (1) when 6km/h, 12 year old of obese male student has statistics significance with 13 year old of obese male student's VO2. (2) when 3km/h, 12 year old of normal body weight female student has statistics significance with 13 year old of normal body weight female student's HR. (3) when 6km/h, 12 year old of obese male student has statistics significance with 13 year old of obese male student's EEM. (4) when 3km/h, 4km/h, 12 year old of obese male student has statistics significance with 13 year old of obese male student's METS; When 4km/h, 5km/h, 12 year old of obese female student has statistics significance with 13 year old of obese female student's METS. Other targets do not have statistics significance.Conclusion:1. When formulates the child exercise prescription, should separate the obese child, the normal body weight child, the male, the female.2. The obese causes the individual heart dysfunction, simultaneously also affected organism to have the oxygen ability development, this possibly had the influence to the child later growth, and should perform to take seriously.3. Adult's METS value is not suitable for the child. Regarding child's physical strength activity's energy consumption4. Instructing the different body weight child fitness, should actual cease activity concrete movement MET which specifically the first energy consumption obtains, it closer to child's real energy consumption, then extrapolated that trying when engages in this physical strength activity the energy consumption.
