Backgroud: Currently,there are several psychological problems in breast cancer patients.Psychology is closely related to body.Good state of mind can help cancer rehabilitation and obtain better outcomes, and undesirable psychology can lead to cancer or make it worse,So it is advanced and hot spots to explore effective ways to improve effect of psychological intervention.Objective: To produce Individual Computer Magnanimous-Relaxed Therapy,and investigate its effect in coping, psychological adjustment and quality of life of breast cancer patients,which can provide theoretical basis to psychological intervention.Methods: 1. study the production of Individual Computer Magnanimous-Relaxed Therapy (ICMRT).2. Sixty breast cancer patients were randomized into ICMRT group and control group, ICMRT group was given Individual Computer Magnanimous-Relaxed Therapy for 3 months,and control group was not given psychological intervention.Hospital Anxiety Depression Scale (HAD),Tumour Psychological Scale (TPS),Cancer Coping Modes Questionnaire (CCMQ),Psychological Adjustment Scale for Cancer Patients(PASCP), Functional Living Index-cancer(FLIC) were used to observe emotion,Psychological characteristics,coping style,psychological adjusting and quality of life in breast cancer patients,which was to assess the differences between the two groups before and after treatment and to evaluate the curative effect. Results: 1.Produced Individual Computer Magnanimous-Relaxed Therapy.2. In the ICMRT group,Anxiety score(8.12±0.53) was significantly lower compared to before treatmen(t11.30±0.47),Depression score(7.52±0.43) was significantly lower compared to before treatment(10.30±0.67),the difference was significant (p<0.01); while in the control group Anxiety score after 3 months(13.73±1.09)was higher compared to 3 months ago(11.97±0.93), Depression score after 3 months(12.53±0.61)was higher compared to 3 months ago(10.74±0.57)the difference was significant (p<0.01).3. In the ICMRT group or the control group,there were no signicant differences in TPS total score, "cognitive habit", "personality"," emotional expression "and "unconscious" dimensions (p>0.05).4. In the ICMRT group, CCMQ total score, "face " dimension(2.45±0.67,2.58±0.15)were higher compared to before treatmen(t2.39±0.82,2.48±0.52), "avoidance and suppression"and "surrender" dimensions(1.90±0.11,1.92±0.98)were significantly lower compared to before treatment(2.03±0.21,2.07±1.89),the differences were significant (p<0.01); and "fantasy"and"vent" dimensions (2.31±0.86,2.32±0.59)were lower compared to before treatment(2.34±0.72,2.34±0.49), the differences were not statistically significant (p>0.05); In the control group,CCMQ total score, "face", "surrender", and "fantasy " dimensions after 3 months(2.24±0.70,2.09±0.59,2.29±0.60,2.30±0.78)were higher compared to 3 months ago(2.21±0.60,2.06±0.77,2.27±0.60,2.28±0.59), the differences were not statistically significant (p>0.05), and "avoidance and suppression"and"vent" dimensions after 3 month(s2.27±0.40,2.37±0.80) were lower compared to 3 months ago(2.29±0.86,2.38±0.63), the differences were not statistically significant (p>0.05).5.In the ICMRT group, PASCP total score, "emotional", "subjective feelings", "relationships","daily life"and"other" dimensions(3.08±0.27,2.84±0.35,2.73±0.53,2.70±0.44,2.89±0.38,2.90±0.33)were higher compared to before treatment(3.02±0.40,2.78±0.36,2.65±0.26,2.62±0.25,2.83±0.40,2.87±0.35), the differences were significant (p<0.01); In the control group, PASCP total score, "emotional", "subjective feelings","relationships,"daily life"and"other" dimensions after 3 months(2.72±0.10,2.37 ±0.51,2.27±0.71,2.58±0.55,2.80±0.51,2.45±0.72)were lower compared to 3 months ago(2.77±0.54,2.38±0.70,2.30±0.67,2.60±0.56,2.82±0.47,2.47±0.75), the differences were statistically significant (p>0.05).6. In the ICMRT group,FLIC total score,"Body Good","psychological well","social good" dimensions (5.56±0.37,5.75±0.50,4.04±0.35,3.88±0.19)were higher compared to before treatment(5.35±0.35,5.48±0.48,3.59±0.34,3.65±0.26),the difference was significant (p<0.05 or p<0.01),and "hardship due to cancer ","nausea" dimensions(1.71±0.81,3.55±0.18) were lower compared to before treatmen(t1.79±0.16,3.60±0.20), there was no significant difference (p>0.05); In the control group,FLIC total score, "Body Good", "psychological well","social good" dimensions after 3 months(5.19±0.16,4.69±0.59,4.60±0.39,3.68±0.45)were lower compared to 3 months ago(5.22±0.16,4.71±0.55,4.62±0.39,3.70±0.45),the differences were not statistically significant (p >0.05), "nausea" dimension after 3 months (3.69±0.27) was higher compared to 3 months ago(3.68±0.29), the difference was not statistically significant (p>0.05) ,"hardship due to cancer " dimension had no change, the difference was not statistically significant (p>0.05) ,Conclusion: Individual Computer Magnanimous-Relaxed Therapy is an creative, integrated, simple and easy psychological intervention.It can help patients to resolve the pain of depression, anxiety and fear; It can improve patients'coping, psychological adjustment capacity and quality of life. We can use effectively psychological intervention to help breast cancer patients develope good psychological adjustment, coping capacity, which is important for improving the quality of life of breast cancer patients.
