The indoor environment of the air quality has a direct impact to human health. Research has shown that 90% times of people's activities indoors. For hospital environment has the highest air quality requirements, they generally use the most economic and pollution-free ultraviolet disinfection, But this method of use for the ordinary uv lamps, that has the shortage of low intensity of unit, use short time, not enough energy conservation and environmental protection . This study proposes that use a non-polar uv light lamp as the new energy-saving lamp in uv disinfection and has completed the new-type light source continuous flow of small device and its effect of disinfection under the different influencing factors. In order to make the light could be applied to the actual operation, this article referred to the health disinfect technical specification of ministry and investigated the disinfection effect, then make the actual room disinfection test.For the study of the indoor environment temperature, humidity, microbial aerosol concentration and light intensity to the effect of the sterilizing, first designed a set of continuous flow small device, as the reference for follow-up in actual disinfection test. The results showed that the Escherichia coli aerosols sterilization rate always higher than the bacillus subtilis. When sterilization time lasts for 40s, effect on Escherichia coli and bacillus subtilis removal arrived at the percent of disinfection standards of 99.9%. In the range of common indoor temperature and humidity, for most of the Promise germicidal UV light source Li and the most adverse environmental conditions determined by experiment. The results showed that the temperature is 26℃, relative humidity of 55% for the disinfection of the best environmental conditions, the most adverse environmental conditions for temperature 15℃, relative humidity 80%. Two of 10~6cfu/mL aerosol bactericidal concentrations of the best, better than 10~4cfu/ml and 10~2cfu/mL concentration.In order to study continuous flow device for detection of aerobic bacteria of sterilizing effects, with the reference of the content of 2002 edition disinfect technical specification of department, make the simulated actual room test. In the best antiseptic environment of 15℃and 80% humidity, the 10~2cfu/ml concentration on the optimal flow aerosol kill for 591L/min, 10~4cfu/mL concentrations optimal flow for 887 L/min, 10~6cfu/mL concentration for 1180 L/min. Disinfection effect is better than other disinfection products.In actual room disinfection trials, choose 18 and 10.5 per cm~2 two different area of the room. The experimental results show that, respectively after 20 minute and 30 minute, reach the 90% sterilization rate of national standard. Microbial recovery has associated with personnel activities.
