| recurrent oral ulceration, (ROU) is the most prevalent oralm ucosal disease in humans,estimated to affect 20%of the general population.The minor manifestation of the condition is the most common and iS characterized by small,shallow,round or oval lesions that alesurrounded by araised erythematous halo and arecovered by a grey-white pseudomembrane . Appropriate managemento fpatientswith this condition is largely symptomatic and should focus on reducing ulcer duration,relieving pain and reducing or preventing ulcer recurrence.Nianmo Kuiyang tablet is a compound preparation which is consists of three traditional Chinese herbs.It has the function of clear away heat and dispel toxin,and it also catl be used for promoting the regeneration of the tissue and the wound healing.Under the guidance of Traditional Chinese Medicine—theory ,we studied the clinical Research part of the tablet.Objective: to compound by green Diane patch of clinical studies show the ROU effectiveness. Methods: a randomized, oral ulcer partial damage on the effectiveness of the treatment group were observed, using compound green Diane patch 4 times/d, applied ulcer surface, Controls using ice boron scattered four/d, coated ulcer surface. Two groups after fasting and water (30min 20 ~ is one period of treatment, 3d, 2 treatment, alcohol and spicy during treatment excitant food. 3d, return after the patient records 6d ulcer pains, congestion, ulcer surface area. Results: treatment group to ease the pain, oral ulcer, ulcer area and hyperemia area compared with the control group (P < 0.01). 3 in treatment group therapy 7d, respectively;84.5% 96.9%, Control and 76.3% respectively 59.2%, two groups of comparisons (P < 0.01). Conclusion: the compound patch of green Diana ROU has good curative effect. |
