Objective:To further explore the illness related factors of AD and the quality of life of AD patients who had suffered dysmenorrhea. Method:Used case-control study method, the 140 patients and the healthy women were statistical analyzed by clinical data in order to find out the relevant factors. Using WHO Quality of Life Scale WHOQOL-BREF and questionnaire, 80 AD patients who suffered dysmenorrhea were interviewed to find out the factors that affect the AD patients'life. Results:1. 1.Through chi-square test and t-test, identify the relevant factors that have the statistical significant in the comparison of the case group and the control group. The result suggests that the brainwork, over body weight, menorrhagia, short-menstrual extension, primary dysmenorrheal, caesarean operation, IUD contraception manner, the times of the operation in uterus, hysteromyoma and breast hyperplasia are risk factors and delayed menstrual cycle, shortening menstruation are protective factors. 2 The AD patients who suffered dysmenorrhea got low scores in terms of subjective QOL perception and subjective health perception. The subjective assessment score was lower than that of the objective assessment. In terms of the feeling of pain, sleep, sexual life and the environment to body health, they got low average scores. Conclusion:1.Ten risk factors and two protective factors of Adenomyosis are generalized. 2. The quality of life of the AD patients who suffered dysmenorrhea was in the middle level, but their self assessment is low, which means that they are not satisfied with their life.
