Objective:Study to correlation analyze between the development of Lower extremity atherosclerotic Disease accompanied by elderly hypertension and various risk in elderly hypertension, to find out the risk factors which have prominent roles in promoting the development of the disease. To provide a certain basis for the research of the cause of LEAD, and its primary,secondary prevention, as well as the clinically target-oriented treatment. Methods:Based on by comparing the different degrees of exposure to risk factor of patients suffering from mild,moderate and severe group in the Lower extremity atherosclerotic Disease accompanied by elderly hypertension. To find out the risk factors which have prominent roles in promoting the development of the disease. The objects of present study were selected from old patients with LEAD accompanied by EH, who were consecutively admitted to the NO.1 department of internal medicine in the first affiliated hospital of Xinjiang medical university from October 2008 to October 2010. After collecting their clinical information such as gender age,ABI value,max-SBP,min-DBP,SBP,DBP,Pulse pressure,blood lipid profile,uric acid,fibrinogen(FIB), the history of diabetes mellitus,dyslipideoa,smoking and so on, we chose 99 patients whose data was complete. All subjects were divided into three groups based on ABI values,0.7
