The Correlation Research Of Enopause Hypertension TCM Syndrome Type And NPY,NT,NE

Objective:Through observation the correlation between TCM of climacteric hypertension with neuro peptide Y,neurotensin,norepinephrine, explore the differences between TCM of climacteric hypertension and the NPY,NT,NE,for the TCM of climacteric hypertension provides an objective evidence. Method:210 female climacteric hypertension patients from Sep 2010 to Jan 2010 were collected and selection 30 Contrast health people detection neuro peptide Y,neurotensin,norepinephrine. Results:①Compared with contrast health people yin-xu-nei-zao syndrome,gan-yu-tan-jie syndrome,xin-pi-liang-xu syndrome and yin-yang-liang-xu syndrome,NPY,NT,NE P≤0.05;②NPY,yin-xu-nei-zao syndrome,gan-yu-tan-jie syndrome,xin-pi-liang-xu syndrome and yin-yang-liang-xu syndrome compared each other P≤0.05, yin-yang-liang-xu syndrome0.05;④Compared with contrast health people 2 essential hypertension and 1 essential hypertension NPY,NT,NE P≤0.05;NE,2 essential hypertension higher than 1 essential hypertension; Conclusion:①the neurotransmitter NPY can for the TCM of climacteric hypertension provides an objective evidence;②NPY, yin-xu-nei-zao syndrome> gan-yu-tan-jie syndrome>xin-pi-liang-xu syndrome>yin-yang-liang-xu syndrome, and obvious higher than health people;③NT, the relation berween NT and yin-xu-nei-zao syndrome is more colosely than other syndrome;④NE, with the higher essential of hypertension and maybe wirh more higher NE.
