Chronic Heart Failure Syndrome And Syndrome Factor Of Literature Research

Objective:to study chronic heart failure(CHF) syndrome and syndrome factor of distribution, for CHF of syndrome standardization, provides the basis. Methods:using computer retrieval and artificial retrieval method, combining retrieval nearly 10 years (2000-2010) with CHF related literature, the original data after clearing up into the computer, and checked. Use of excel statistical software as calculation, use frequency of CHF of syndrome and syndrome factor analysis. Results:from database to select relevant literature 11565 papers, and dialectical relevant literature 730 papers,finally selected qualified literature 82, the manual retrieval 20 article qualified professional books and textbook, for a total of 102, appear syndrome type 78 kinds, totaling syndrome frequency 490 times, disease quality factor 8 kinds of disease site known as 13 species, totaling syndrome factor frequency 994 times,theresult shows:the frequency higher order syndromes:Qi-yin-liang-xu,Qi-xu-xue-yu,Xin-shen-yang-xu,Yang-xu-shui-fan,Xin-fei-qi-xu,Xin-qi-xu,Xin-yang-xu and etc. disease site factor for the heart,lungs,kidneys,spleen,liver,san-jiao,stomach and intestine;disease quality factor is Qi-xu,Yang-xu,Shui-ting,Yin-xu,Xue-yu,phlegm,heat,moisture,blood deficiency,Qi-xu,cold,wind. Conclusion:CHF of deficiency syndromes is mainly Qi-yin-liang-xu,xin-shen-yang-xu,xin-fei-qi-xu; mixture of asthenia and sthenia is qi-xu-xue-yu,yang-xu-shui-fan;sthenia syndrome is shui-qi-ling-xin,tan-yu-hu-zu,xin-xue-yu-zu. Disease site of key in heart, is closely related to lung,spleen and kidney, disease,asthenia quality is deficiency of qi,yang and yin, disease sthenia quality is Shui-ting,phlegm,Xue-yu. And the results also suggest:the literature research is the study of standardization of syndrome feasible method.
