Purpose Investigate the expression of TK1 and ARPCⅡin the foreskin tissue and the infection of HPV. Method The expression of TK1 and ARPCⅡwas detected in 70 samples of prepuce of males aged 8 to 60 years with the immunohistochemical stain methods.Use Polymerase chain reaction and hybridization diversion detecting the infection of HPV in prepuce. Result The positive rate of TK1,ARPCⅡ,HPV in prepuce was 74.28%,75.71%,17.14%.It were detected 5 HPV subtypes respectively 6(3case) 11(4 case)16(2 case)18(1 case)44(1 case) HPV (16,11) mixed infection in 1 case,HPVll occupies the leadership is 33.33%. A level of TKl,ARPCⅡexpression in adults was higher than that in teenagers(χ2=5.895, P=0.015;χ2=6.865, P=0.009).A level of TK1,ARPCⅡexpression in clinical symptom male was higher than other (χ2=4.492,P=0.034;χ2=0.034;χ2=4.084,P=0.043).HPV infection and TK1, ARPCⅡexpression was positively correlated (r=0.268,P=0.025;r=0.258,P=0.031). Conclusion A high level of TK1 and ARPCⅡexpression in the foreskin tissues,it might propose with active proliferation of Foreskin; HPV infection mainly by the low-risk and obviously high-risk.HPV infection and TK1, ARPCⅡexpression was positively correlated.
