Objective:To study the CT manifestations and diagnostic value for primary tracheobronchial amyloid.Methods:We here report a case of primary tracheobronchial amyloid case, further to review the other reported cases and relative literatures.Results:The case is a male patient who presented repeated cough sputum haemoptysis for 10 years. CT showed the trachea and bronchi wall typical thickened and calcificated. Tracheal arthroscopic pathologic findings hinted bronchial amyloid.Conclusion:This rare case with typical CT fingdings showed radiologists to consider primary tracheobronchial amyloid in daily work.
