Aim:To investigate the clinic features, diagnostics, therapeutics and prognosis of the rare disorder hepatic primary neuroendocrine carcinoma.Method Researched the one case of hepatic primary neuroendocrine carcinoma, and reviewed the case reports written in English of hepatic simple primary neuroendocrine carcinoma in four decades. There were 20 case reports in total. Including the present cases, the 21 cases were analyzed.Result Hepatic primary neuroendocrine carcinoma were there more case report in East Asia, not correlated with liver cirrhosis and viral hepatitis, not found the special clinic features, diagnosed easily by immuhistochemistry, usually hematogenous metastasis and secondarily lymph node metastasis, hopeful to survive for long term depend on radical resection and other adjuvant treatments.Conclusion Hepatic primary neuroendocrine was especially rare, through few case reports, immuhistochemistry was helpful diagnosis, the treatment of gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine tumors could use for reference.
