Objective:Evaluate the therapeutic effect and value of off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting in treatment of coronary artery disease. Methods:Between January 2009 and June 2010,94 patients with coronary artery disease were treated with off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting in our hospital. According to EuroSCORE, patients were divided into two groups:high-risk group (>6) and low-risk group (<6). A series of clinical datas of patiens were statistically analyzed, including operating time, numbers of grafts, length of postoperative hospitalization, postoperative complication, etc. Results:In all 94 cases, left internal mammary arteries and great saphenous veins were both used in 77 cases. Only great saphenous veins were used for all grafts in 12 cases. Left internal mammary arteries and left radial artery were both used in 2 cases. Left basilic vein was used in 1 case combined with left internal mammary artery.2 cases only used left internal mammary arteries. On average,3.12±0.93 grafts were constructed for each patient, length of postoperative hospitalization were 13.06±5.86 days. Two patients died during perioperative period,1 case dead from MODS and another stroke. There was no significant difference between high-risk group and low-risk group in operating time, average bleeding volume during operation, total volume of drainage after operation, length of postoperative hospitalization and average volume of blood transfusion. Conclusion:For patients with coronary artery disease OPCAB is safe and effective.
