Objective: Give a comprehensive assessment to postoperative depression and the ability to cope .understand the psychological stress, mood disorders and response capabilities in rectal cancer patients after Miles surgery, discuss the changes in the level of the rehabilitation of rectal cancer patients after Miles operation under psychological stress state with human-based psychological intervention; the establishment of human-based psychological intervention models; provide a theoretical basis for clinical psychological intervention.Materials and Methods: 69 depressed patients after Miles surgery pathologically confirmed with rectal cancer that come from general surgery of the First Hospital of Chen Zhou are randomly divided into experimental and control groups, experimental group have 37 cases. control groups have 32cases.and fill out a general questionnaire, SDS and SCSQ. Give a series of human-based psychological intervention on the experimental group, only routine care to the control group after surgery, without psychological intervention.Healthy control group has 30 patients from students intern and medical personnel, these people don't have contact with selected patients, the group fill out a questionnaire in general and SCSQ, as a reference indicator.Results:1. Negative thing is the factor of depression degree who was postoperative patients after Miles surgery: the frequency and level of depression in rectal cancer patients after Miles surgery were higher than those in healthy control group2. The level of SDS of postoperative rectal cancer experimental group were significantly lower than that of sub-control group, There was significant difference (P<0.01). Explain the reasonable psychological intervention make patients mood and psychological health improved part.3. After psychological intervention, the negative thoughts of experimental groups changed ,and have positive attitude to life, the level of positive coping ability of prospective rectal cancer experimental group were higher than that of sub-control group, the level of negative coping ability of prospective rectal cancer experimental group were lower than that of sub-control group, with significance (P<0.05).4. Exclude postoperative first eating ,the level of rehabilitation of prospective rectal cancer experimental group were higher than that of sub-control group, with significant difference(P<0.01),Psychological status and coping abilities will promote patients body to recover.Conclusion:1. Negative life events can lead to serious negative emotional reactions and poor coping style.2. The average of coping ability of prospective rectal cancer experimental group were significantly lower than that of healthy control group.3. Human-based psychological intervention on post-operative rectal cancer patients can improve mental health, reduce stress levels, and reduce negative coping style and increase response capacity.4. Human-based psychological intervention rectal cancer after Miles surgery can improve recovery capacity.
