Objective:To study the effects of TMP)on expression of the stimulated HSC-T6; To investigate the mechanisms of anti hepatic fibrosis.Methods:HSC-T6 was cultured with varying doses of TMP and 10ug/l of TNF-αin vitro. Immunocytochemistry was used to test the effect of TMP on expression of ICAM-1 in HSC-T6.Results:1 Compared with blank group, all the TMP groups had a obviously higher proliferation rate and apoptosis rate is difference (P<0.05). AS the TMP concentration was increased, proliferation rate and apoptosis rate of HSC-T6 to increase gradually.2 The test by immunohistochemical method indicated that the expression of intercelluar adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1), When the density of TMP increased, the expression of decreased progressively. Conclude:Inhibiting the expression of ICAM-1 inhibiting proliferation of HSC-T6, might be involve in the anti-fibrosis mechanism of TMP.
