The Clinical Significance And The Expression Of RPS27a Protein In Osteo-Sarcoma

Objective To investigate the distribution and expression of RPS27a protein in osteo-sarcoma(OS) group and the control group, and to research the clinical significance and the expression of RPS27a protein in osteo-sarcoma.Methods The expression of RPS27a protein of 20 osteo-sarcoma patients and 20 osteo-chondroma was demonstrated by immunohistochemistry methods, and the differences of expression of RPS27a protein in those patients were analyzed by artif-counting and auto-image.Results The positive rate of RPS27a protein in 20 cases of osteosarcoma patients was 95% , and in 20 cases of osteochondroma was 15%. Significant difference can be found between osteosarcoma and osteochondroma(p<0.05).Conclusion The expression of RPS27a protein was related to histological type, Malignant and development of osteosarcoma.
