The Effect Of Duyiwei Granules On Hepatic Fibrosis In Nonalcoholic Steatohepatitis Experimental Rat Model

Objective:To observe the anti-fibrosis treating effect of Du Yiwei Granule on rats with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease, in order to research the Du Yiwei's efficacy, which can improve blood-fat and the function of hepatic cells, control the generation of hepatic lobule. To expound the mechanism of Du Yiwei's protecting effect on rats'livers, so as to provide modern scientific foundations on clinic treatments of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.Methods:Sixty-eight Sprague-Dawley rats were randomized into six groups:normal group(n=10); model group(n=18); COL (Colchicine) group(n=10); high-dose(n=10),medium-dose(n=10),low-dose(n=10) "Du Yiwei Granule" group, these rats nonalcoholic fatty liver disease model were induced by CCl4 oil combining high lipoid forage as control, simultaneously, gave administered treatment at the beginning of the experiment, normal group and model group were given NS equally, during the experiment time, observed the general situation of each group's rats carefully, after four weeks,eight rats were selected from model group for hematoxylin-eosin staining to determine if model was successed.then six weeks expired, prohibited food in 24 hours, took samples of rats'serum from thigh-artery to test hepatic function's indexes:ALT,AST,MAO, and hepatic fibrosis's indexes:PCâ…¢,HA, at that same time, took liver tissue in equal quality from equal place to pathological slice and dyeing, then observed the pathological change of rats'livers.Results:Comparing the model group, COL group and medium-dose group of "Do Yiwei Granule"can reduce the rat' serum content in TG,TC(P<0.05), Hight-dose group of "Do Yiwei Granule "can obviously reduce the rat' serum content in TC(P<0.01),But There has no obviously difference reduce the rat'serum content in TG(P>0.05),low-dose group of "Do Yiwei Granule"have no statistical significanc(P>0.05);each group can obviously reduce the rats'serum content in ALT,AST,MAO (P<0.01), except the low-dose group of "Du Yiwei Granule" can reduce in that (P<0.05); except the PCIII of medium-dose,low-dose "Du Yiwei Granule" group are inclined in some lever but have no statistical significance (P>0.05), the rest treated group all lower the rats' serum content in PCâ…¢,HA (P<0.01); Comparing the model group, three groups of "Du Yiwei Granule", the declining degree of hepatic fibrosis is clearly (P<0.01). There have no obviously difference between COL group and three groups of "Du Yiwei Granule" (P>0.05)Conclusion:Du Yiwei Granule, can effectively relieve the pathological change of rats'liver, improve blood-fat,liver's function, decline the degree of hepatic fibrosis, which has a better anti nonalcoholic fatty liver disease'efficacy.
