Expression And Clinical Significance Of DAPK1,CD147, PCNA In Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma | | Posted on:2012-08-25 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:Y Wan | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2154330335977163 | Subject:Oncology | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | [Objective] To explore the amplification and expression status of DAPK1 , CD147 ,PCNA in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC) and their relationship with the prognosis of ESCC.[Methods] Immunohistochemical staining and RT-PCR were used to detect the expression and amplification status of DAPK1 ,CD147,PCNA in esophageal squamous carcinoma tissue and normol esophageal tissue ,Statistical analysis was utilized to explore their relationship with the clinical pathological data and Prognosis.[Results] The positive rates of expression of DAPK1 protein in specimens of esophageal carcinoma and normol esophageal tissue were 31.25%vs 58.75%,while the high expression rates of CD147,PCNA protein in esophageal squamous carcinoma tissue and normol esophageal tissue were 57.5 %vs 25.0%,61.25%vs 23.75%, the difference have statistical significance.(P=0.000);The expression of DAPK1,CD147,PCNA were significant correlated with infiltration degree, lymphatic metastasis,TNM stage and the degree of cancer differentiation .(p<0.05); The negative expression of DAPK1 and high expression of CD147 and PCNA also indicate poor prognosis. The expression of DAPK1 and CD147 mRNA in 52 cases esophageal carcinoma and normol esophageal tissue were 0.236±0.049 vs 0.395±0.058 and 0.942±0.204 vs 0.821±0.171,the difference have statistical significance,(P<0.01).[Conclusion] The expression of DAPK1 ,CD147 ,PCNA protein have close correlated with the clinical pathophysiological characteristics in ESCC. Maybe the gene DAPK1 ,CD147 ,PCNA correlates with the metastasis and apoptosis of ESCC. The expression of DAPK1 ,CD147 ,PCNA may be used as important survival predictor in ESCC. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Esophageal carcinoma, DAPK1, CD147, PCNA, Immunohistochemist-ry, RT-PCR, Prognosis | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
