BackgroudIncidence of infertility was significantly increased in recent years, in which tubal infertility is the most common female infertility in one of the factors. Along with the progress of modern clinical medicine, the treatment of oviduct obstructive infertility has larger development, but had focused on recovering the local tubal obstruction and normal structure. Tubal obstruction most caused by the inflammatory response which lead to entire wall lining or tubal damage. when the oviduct recan alization, inflammatory reaction did not eliminate immediately, the functions of tubal peristalsis and pick up eggs are not fully recover, there may be jammed or obstructed again which will reduce the treatment effects and intrauterine pregnancy rate, even easy to occur tubal preghancy. It is nessary that looking for an effective method which can decrease the postoperative oviduct jammed again, keep tubal patency unobstructing and recover tubal function as soon as possible。It is also the key to improve the curative effect and pregnancy rate.PurposeThis research observes the condition of tubal patency unobstructed and pregnancy rate which about laparoscopic surgery with abdominal acupuncture to cure tubal obstruction infertility, this paper discusses the clinical effect of tubal obstruction infertility with combined therapy of traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine.MethodIn this study, a prospective randomized controlled clinical trial design will be implemented. By means of completely random and compare sampling method, 80 case who was tubal infertility patients diagnosed by the laparoscopic surgery and meet the inclusion criterias, were divided into control group and experimental group.42 patients in the experimental group were treat by abdominal acupuncture. we will observate the condition of pregnancy and tubal patency after 1 year.ResultThe control group have 38 cases and the other 42 cases, no loss or drop out cases. Two groups have no significant differences in baseline (P>0.05). The investigation manifest that there is statistic significance in total effective rate, pregnancy rate and intrauterine pregnancy rate between the two groups. The total curative rate of keeping tubal patency unobstructed in contiol group and experimental group is 65.79% and 85.71% respectively(P <0.05), the pregnancy rate is 39.47% and 61.90% respectively (P<0.05), The intrauterine pregnancy rate is 34.21% and 59.52% respectively (P<0.05). The tubal pregnancy rate is 5.26% and2.38% respectively, the difference were no statistically significant between the groups (P>0.05). The pregnancy rate within six months in control group was 28.95%(11 cases), after six months was 10.53% (4 cases), the experimental Group was 42.61% (20 cases)and 14.29% (6 cases) respectively, the pregnancy rate within six months and after six months were no statistically significant in the group, the difference were no statistically significant between the groups (P>0.05). The total 41 pregnancy patients, The pregnancy rate within six months was 38.75%(31 cases), after six months was 12.50%(10 cases), the difference were statistically significant between the groups (P<0.05).ConclusionLaparoscopic surgery with abdominal acupuncture to cure tubal obstruction infertility, the clinical efficacy rate and pregnancy rate of the experimental group were higher than the study group. It can keep tubal patency unobstructing and recover tubal function as soon as possible. It is an safe and effective way which also without adverse reaction.
