The Present Status Of Diagnosis And Treatment On Hepatic Encephalopathy With Integrated Chinese And Western Medicine

ObjectiveAfter analyzing plenty of literature data of Hepatic Encephalopathy, the author interprets the present status of Hepatic Encephalopathy diagnosis and treatment on the following three aspects:tradition Chinese medicine, western medicine, Chinese and western unite. Based on analyzing the literatures on diagnosing and treating Hepatic Encephalopathy with these three methods, to make useful of the treatment which is no a unified way on Hepatic Encephalopathy with Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine. The article can improve the accuracy and predictability of tradition Chinese medicine, and make useful observation of TCM syndrome in quantity and objectively.MethodsThis research is based on the article about Hepatic Encephalopathy since 1989. Classifying and summarizing the diagnosis of Hepatic Encephalopathy and treatment of integrative medicine, and combining the clinical treatment of cases in order to observe its effect.ResultHepatic Encephalopathy is a disease which is very difficult to therapy. We have to do a better research on it in lab and clinical, we should do something as below:(1)Hold the characteristics of Hepatic Encephalopathy in clinical. (2) Combining of syndrome and TCM syndrome. (3) Combining of macroscopic TCM syndrome and microcosmic TCM syndrome. (4)Do a better research on it in lab and clinical. ConclusionHepatic Encephalopathy is a disease which is very difficult to be treated. Many syndrome are related with patient's condition, pathology findings and other lad findings. Modern medical research is useful in diagnose using TCM differentiation and prediction's accuracy rate. This lead to better instruct in clinical prescription, and to make useful TCM syndrome in quantity and objectively.
