Observe two groups of general bacteria cultivation+antimicrobial susceptibility test, condition of raw surface, granulation tissue's situation, the wound area and depth change, based on the pathological section observation of inflammatory cells, fibroblasts, freshman capillaries, etc.ResultsWei-liang oil can promote effectively agglutination of calf post-traumatic infection raw surface, in reducing inflammatory cells infiltration, promote in formation of fibroblasts and freshman capillaries, the changes in the overall treatment process are outsprit than chlorine lime boric acid (yuso liquid) group, (P<0.05). In the lower neutrophilic leukocytes and WBC is quite with chlorine lime boric acid (yuso liquid)group(P>0.05);In the overall efficacy(significant efficiency) is obviously better than the chloric lime boric acid (yuso liquid) group. In al] cases were not appear in the experiment of all ergi es and patient discomfort, overall is safe and effective.ConclusionWei-liang oil can promote effectively agglutination of calf post-traumatic infection raw surface, no allergies and discomfort. Through observation of granulomatous pathological specimens, can reduce the inflammatory cells infiltrating, promote fibroblasts formation and brought new capillary formation. Observation of raw surface general tolled us wound area narrow 75% of the accounts for the number of all the cases through 64.28%.It is to be worth to clinical application.
