After disinfecting the local skin, do the acupuncture quickly to an appropriate depth with 0.30mm X 40mm,0.30mm X 50mm cun Hua Tuo Brand stainless steel needle,90°angle with the skin. Thrust and twist the needles with even reinforcing-reducing method until the Qi arrived. Then put a piece of paper about the size of 8cmX8cm on the skin. and handle a 2cm moxa-cone on the tip of the needle, and simultaneously lit it. After 20-30 mins, removed ashes and the needles. Second, with the lateral position, do the acupuncture on Dachangshu(BL25) and Pishu(BL20) by the above method, There is once a day, seven days for one course, one day interval between the two courses and a total of two courses. Scalp Acupuncture and Moxibustion were at the same time. The group 1 just do the acupuncture without moxibustion. The control group 2 orally took lactulose. After the treatment of first course and second course, Observe the clinical symptoms of constipation and neurological function, record score results and analyze the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Result1 Before treatment, there is no significant difference between age, sex, duration and type of stroke, the three group is comparable.2 By comparing the efficacy of constipation, the statistics showed that in the warming acupuncture group had efficiency for 96.7%, the control group 1 had efficiency for 86.7%, the control group 2 had efficiency for 87%.The eficiency of the three groups had significant differences, the effect of warming acupuncture group was better than that of the other two groups in the clinical efficacy. The eficiency of the control groups had no significant differences, the ordinary acupuncture and oral lactulose therapy in patients after apoplexy was no significant difference in the clinical efficacy, which showed that it was no significant difference to the eficiency the two control groups.3 The clinical symptom score after treatment of constipation were significantly lower, the result had significantly statistical diference compared with before treatment at the same group, after treatment three groups can improve the clinical symptoms of costipation; after treatment the clinical symptom scores conpared between the two groups was statistically significant difference, the warming acupuncture was much better than ordinary acupuncture and oral lactulose in improving post-stroke constipation patients with clinical symptoms.4 After treatment, the neurologic deficit score was significantly lower compared with the same group before treatment, three groups can improve the symptoms of neurological impairment;after treatment, compared between warming acupuncture group and the ordinary acupuncture group, the statistics showed significantly difference in neurological deficit score, warming acupuncture treatment was much better than the ordinary acupuncture and oral lactulose in improving post-stroke patients with costipation symptoms.
