PartⅠClinic ResearchObjectivesTo observe the clinical effect of xiaomengling tablet on treating NPDR.MethodsProspectively collect 30 NPDR patient cases (60eyes) in our hospital, treat with xiaomengling tablet.3 times a day, four tablets each, for taking 3 months.ResultCompare the 12 weeks'60 eyes visual acuity improved after treatment and no decrease in 52 eyes,90.5% efficiency, decreased visual acuity in 8 eyes, 9.5%, before and after treatment there was a significant clinical significance.Conclusionxiaomengling tablet Tablet treatment of diabetic retinopathy (NPDR) effect is significant, the results before and after treatment were significantly different (P<0.05).PartⅡExperiment ResearchObjectivesDisscuse the pathogenesis of Xiaomengling tablet on Treating DR.MethodsRandomly divide rats established diabete (DM) by STZ into diabetes mellitus(DM) group, low-dose treatment group,Middle-dose treatment group and High-dose treatment group,set blank group for comparison.5 months later was detected by Western blotting in retinal tissue of JAK2, STAT5 and detected by Elisa the expression of TM-1 In serum. Retinal tissue was observed by light microscopy, transmission electron microscopy.ResultWestern blotting showed that in the model group the expression of JAK2,STAT5 protein in retinal tissue was significantly higher(P<0.01), after treat for 5 months JAK2 protein was decreased by 25.3%,21.0%与20.8%, STAT5 protein was decreased by22.4%,14.5%与10.7%, Light microscopy, transmission electron microscopy show that the early stage of diabetic retinopathy had significant pathological changes.ConclusionXiaomengling Tablet reduce retinal tissue damage in diabetic rats, which maybe part of the inhibition of the JAK/STAT signaling pathway activation, early treatment to prevent the progress of diabetic retinopathy significance.
