BackgroundWith the development of society, lifestyle changes, coronary heart disease has become one of the most important cardiovascular diseases. In order to improve the mortality, morbidity and related events of coronary heart disease, modern medicine propose coronary heart disease secondary prevention. Multiterm survey show that follow-up visi can effectively improve the secondary prevention implement. But now inland, specially within the confines of traditional Chinese medicine doesn't have one perfect follow-up scheme of coronary heart disease.ObjectFound a follow-up scheme of coronary heart disease that with TCM features and convenient and practical, can provide a platform for the medical cares to know the patients with coronary heart disease condition changes who outside the hospital, adjust the treatment, get the firsthand data to do statistic analysis and gather experience. To do that, will benefit the medicine scientific effort and enhance the level of medical cares, carry out the integrated Chinese and western medicine coronary heart disease secondary prevention.MethodsUsing documentary method, on the basis of document screening criteria, retrievting the ancient document of TCM and modern authority document of integrated Chinese and western medicine respectively. Analysing, systemizing, summing up the content which include the western medicine coronary heart disease secondary prevention and the syndrome and the treatment of TCM. After that, we using the Epidata 3.1 to establish the database of those three respects and using the software of SPSS 18 to deal with frequency analysis. Then built a entry pool on the basis of the statistical result, structure the preliminary follow-up scheme of coronary heart disease at the last.ResultsThe 649 ancient documents'research show that herbal class, comprehensive medical books class, prescriptions class and medical thesis and record class are described more than others, many of the documents have been written in ming and qing dynasties. Etiological factors and pathogenesis of chest discomfort comprise chest-yang deficiency and yin excess cold in interior, seven emotions stimulating and disordered qi movement pattern, weakness of the body and toxin, phlegm retention and stagnated blood. And qi-regulating drugs, expectorants, onyang medicines, qi-tonifying drugs are more than other drugs in the medication, such as allium macrostemon, immature bitter orange, trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim, white spirit, ginseng, and so on, accumulative frequency take up 78.9%. The documents of modern western medicine contain 6 guidelines foreign and 3 DMQLS of coronary heart disease and 3 guidelines inland, the contents about secondary prevention contain quit smoking, blood pressure control, lipid processing, physical activities, body weight control, diabetes treatment, antiplatelet drug, renin angiotensin aldosterone system depression medicine,β-receptors blocking medicine, etc. The documents of modern TCM contain 5 accepted standards by country and profession,6 teaching material the national medical colleges, and the main syndrome type of coronary heart disease including stagnated blood, phlegm retention, cold, qi deficiency, yin deficiency and yang deficiency, relating to heart and kidney, with about the same treatment on the same syndrome type. Then built a entry pool on the basis of above content, structure the preliminary follow-up list of coronary heart disease.ConelusionThrough this research, we initial establishment of the Chinese Integrative Medicine follow-up scheme with norms and list of coronary heart disease. It could be use to record the patients'treatment with coronary heart disease, reflect the patients'condition changes truthfully. This follow-up scheme will provide part of basis on the study of TCM treatment of coronary heart disease.
