Objective:This study mainly investigated relationship between the expression of sCD30 in human serum and acute renal rejection.Methods:1.Extract the Serum for 2 milliliter from the patients before and 5 days,10 days after the Renal transplantation. After centrifuging the blood, keep the serum in the temperature of-20℃.2.Detect the concentration of sCD30 through the kit of soluble CD30.3.With the method of HE staining, take the pathological diagnosis of the transplanted Kidney. Semiquantitative evaluate the kidney according to Banff criteria.4. Through statistical analysis, investigate whether or not there are differences of the concentration of sCD30 between the normal population and preoperative patients.Find out whether there are differences of sCD30 among Patients of different age and sex groups.Detect whether there are differences of sCD30 between dialysis and non-dialysis group, also HBV infected and non-infected patients. Bring to light whether there are differences of sCD30 between the rejection group and the non-rejection group among preoperative patients, and the patients of 5 days,10 days after the surgical operation.Find out the relationship between the sCD30 levels and the renal pathological grade.Results:1.Detect the differeces of the sCD30 levels between the normal population and preoperative patients through the Independent-Samples T test. p<0.05.we could consider there are differences between the two.The result is Statistically significant.2.The differences of rejection rate and graft survival rate are statistically significant between sCD30-negative group and positive group, but it is not significant in the reversal rate of rejection.3 The differeces of the sCD30 levels are statistically significant between the rejection and non-rejection groups in the patients before and 5 days,10days after the renal transplantation. there are differences in sCD30 levels between different age group, dialysis and non dialysis group, HBV infected and non-infected group. 4. Through the rank correlation test, There is correlation between the sCD30 levels and semi-quantitative score of rejection in renal transplantation.Conclusions:1.There are differences of the concentration of sCD30 between the normal population and preoperative patients.2. There are differences of rejection rate and graft survival rate between sCD30-negative group and positive group, but no difference in the reversal rate of rejection. Age, dialysis and infection factors all could have influence on sCD30 levels.3. There are relationships between the sCD30 level and the acute renal rejection in the patients before and 5 days,10 days after the Kidney Transplantation.4. There is correlation between the severity of acute rejection in renal transplantation and sCD30 levels.
