Through our various sports levels Javelin Thrower Rotator cuff injuries in the obtained data, the use of questionnaires, statistics, expert interviews, and logic analysis, the collation, analysis and found that our various sports levels Javelin Throwers rotator cuff injury rate and high rate of repetition; master the nature of injury and chronic injury of more than athletes, athletes, mostly low grade acute injury; injury site focused on the rotator cuff supraspinatus tendon; damage more than the action for the final shot action. Injuries of different levels for athletes different emphasis. Understanding of these javelin thrower status of rotator cuff injury, and then based on the findings from the anatomical point of view, and throwing itself off, causing different levels of analysis of javelin throwers because of rotator cuff injury, and finally draw the following conclusions and recommendation.Conclusions:1, Master-level javelin thrower rotator cuff injury rate of 33%, the national-level javelin thrower rotator cuff injury rate of 57%, the national secondary javelin thrower rate of 70% of rotator cuff injury; 2, Master-level javelin thrower nature of rotator cuff injury to the main chronic injury, the investigation of all athletes with chronic injuries; national primary and secondary javelin thrower in the rotator cuff injury to acute injury-based. Acute injury rates were 62.5% and 81%; 3, Javelin Thrower major injury rotator cuff injury supraspinatus tendon. Master-level damage to the tendon and is 100%; national athletes at the national level the proportion of injury to the tendon was 62.5%; national levels the proportion of athletes injured the tendon was 57.1%; 4, Javelin Thrower rotator cuff injury caused by the technical aspects of the main force in the final stages of distribution. Master-level force in the final stages of rotator cuff injury and is 100%, national athletes in the primary and secondary rates were 75% and 71.4%; 5, Master-level javelin throwers cause of rotator cuff shoulder injury is mainly due to excessive local training, the proportion of 100%; lead to national primary and secondary javelin thrower rotator cuff injury is mainly due to an error of technical movements, the share of respectively 75% and 64.3%。Recommendation:1, Coaches in training the athletes to strict requirements, guide and help players master the correct specification throwing techniques, technologies to detect and correct errors;2, Arrange training volume and training intensity, athletes appear to avoid the accumulation of shoulder fatigue; 3, Players focus on the Elimination of fatigue after training; 4, Pay attention to it ideologically, and enhance awareness of injury prevention; Add rotator cuff injury prevalent in the javelin athletes, sports journalists should be aroused extensive attention.
