昆明医学院硕士研究生学位论文Objective:To compare type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with breast cancer and breast cancer patients:the median age,ethnicity,menopausal status,age of first birth,family history of breast cancer,body mass index and other indicators of whether there are differences, to analysis associated with type 2 diabetes ofⅠ~Ⅲstage of female breast cancer patients on clinical and pathological features and prognosis.Methods:150 cases of female breast cancer patients in our hospital between Nov. 2009 and Dec.2010 were analyzed, The patients were divided into two groups according to incidence of 2 diabetes mellitus(MS) To compare the factors of the sick,clinic opathologic features of the two groups.Results: 1,There was no obvious difference between the diabetic group and non-diabetic group in the median age,ethnicity,menopauseal stats,age of first birth, family history of breast cancer,body mass index.2,There was no obvious difference between the diabetic group and non-diabetic group in the expression of ER,PR,Ki-673,There was difference in the clinical stage, lymph node metastasis, Her-2 expression(P=0.039,0.001,0.024)). the diabetic group was significantly higher.Conclusion:1,For T2DM women, especially obese T2DM women, should be regular to do B-mode ultrasound and mammography and other tests.2,There was no obvious difference between the diabetic group and non-diabetic group in the expression of ER,PR,Ki-67, but in the diabetic group,the pathological stage is later, more of draining lymph nodes of breast prone to metastasis, Her-2 positive rate is higher.3,T2DM is a poor prognostic factor in breast cancer patients. The stage of breast cancer was late in the patients associated with type 2 diabetes,and the prognosis was bad.
