| Objective:Discuss treatment mechanism of Uterine leiomyoma by YiQiXiaoLiuKeLi Adjusting.Methods:With eight weeks female SD rats for experimental object, made uterine fibroids model with sequential estrogen and progesterone. Made mold after the success,Treat different group of uterine fibroids Rats with High, medium and low doses of FuLiuFang or GongLiuNing capsule respectively.Enzyme immune-osorbent method (ELISA) to test estrogen and progesterone levels of each groups of rat, Immunohistochemical method (LSAB) to test matrix metalloproteinases-9 (MMP-9) and matrix metalloproteinases organization inhibitory factor-1 (TIMP-1) expression of strength comparison of each groups of rat.Observe the uterine organization form with Light-microscopy.Results:Model group and control group rats compared the level of serum E2 and P significantly increased (P<0.01), MMP-9 expression intensity increased significantly (P<0.01), TIMP-1 expression of strength significantly reduced (P <0.01). The level of serum E2 and P, FuLiuFang low doses of groups have a significant (P<0.05) compared with model rats; The comparison was not significantly among GongLiuNing group and blank group(P> 0.05). Compare the express strength of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 and the level of serum E2 and P, FuLiuFang medium doses of groups have a significant (P< 0.05,P< 0.01) compared with model rats; The comparison was not statistically significant among GongLiuNing group and blank group(P> 0.05). Compare the express strength of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 and the level of serum E2 and P, FuLiuFang high doses of groups have a statistically significant (P< 0.01) compared with model rats; The comparison was not statistically significant among GongLiuNing group and blank group(P> 0.05).Through the observation of organization form by using light microscopy, FuLiuFang can obviously reduce the thickness of uterine muscle, and cure the uterine fibroids.Conclusions:Through adjusting endocrine (E2 and P) level and matrix metalloproteinases-9 (MMP-9), matrix metalloproteinases organization inhibitory factor-1 (TIMP-1) expression, FuLiuFang can achieve remedial uterine fibroids role. |
